I had a great experience with Erie from the sales staff to the scheduling to the guys that showed up to do my roof could not have asked for a better contractor. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this company.
We had Erie replace our roof and install gutters. They did a great thorough inspection and were able to point out issues that no other company spotted. They did a great job explaining everything to us and why their roofing was superior. Their salesman was really great and met with us late in the evening which was the only time we were available. They were quick doing the tear off and install. The whole thing only took two days to put the roof on and then they came a few days later and installed the gutters. Their work has solved all of my leak issues and looks great. They also went the extra mile to fix some of my soffit and took an old internet receiver off my roof I didn’t need. They did a great job with all of the exhaust vents and electrical conduit on my roof too. They painted all of them to match the roof and installed a new exhaust vent for my water heater that better matched the new roof. I also really appreciated their bid guarantee. They fixed every additional problem they found at no additional cost. Erie did a great job and I feel so much better now my family has a great roof over their head.
This was a wonderful experience for us. They were thorough and competent in evaluating our existing roof and explaining where the problems were and how they could replace the roof with better product and get it to last much longer. They arrived on time and got the roof installed in one day, as they quoted and the best part was the clean-up. Not only did they do a thorough clean up of all of their stuff, but they completely cleaned out the gutters of all the stuff in there in order to make sure they didn't miss anything. They are very responsive to my questions and made sure to check in with us through out the process so we would know what to expect and when. I highly recommend their services, not only for the customer service but also for the quality and durability of their product.

Erie was great. I worked with Sam and he was crawling in my attic space to find all my issues took pictures and explained the situation fully. He showed me the products and comparisons to traditional shingles and I was able to see the benefit. I was told they were a bit backed up for installs but they were able to get me in much sooner than they thought. Install was great. They sent 3 guys and got it all done in 2 days. After completion they Picked up every scrap and nail on the property. Great job guys!

Just got my new roof! They did a fantastic job with my roof that had a number of problems, including a leak around the chimney flashing. Which they replaced entirely. Looks outstanding, practically new with excellent attention to detail. And in 3 days.
Also very much appreciated Jason’s backing of the work. No concerns with anything and that’s a really nice thing to have for something this expensive.

Jason (the owner) and his crew were awesome to work with. Jason worked closely with me and my insurance company to get my roof reshingled, (wind damage). They are not the least expensive roofing company
but their quality and work ethic is unrivalled. I contracted and built my own home almost thirty years ago, so I know what I'm talking about. Before I decided on a roofing contractor, I would at least get their estimate and recommendations. I would recommend them to anyone! You get what you pay for.

I had an exceptional experience with a Shingle Pro Roofing company for a reroofing project. The team's professionalism and expertise were remarkable. We really dreaded getting a new roof. Jason made it super easy and took the time to actually sit down with us and went through everything with us which made the deciding easy. The workmanship was above and beyond and he kept true to his word throughout the whole process. The crew was amazing and their attention to detail shows in their work. I would recommend shingle pro to anyone looking to get their roof done.

Once the work started for my roof tear off and replacement, the team I had on site was great. They were punctual every morning and cleaned up the worksite every evening before leaving. I checked in with the foreman (Miguel) a few times about some things I needed the crew to take special care with and he was responsive and helpful each time. The project manager was also available and very helpful the two times I reached out to him with questions, and the coordination of everything arriving (shingles, multiple dumpsters, etc.) was seamless. Jason himself even stopped by the site a couple of days into see how the job was going, which I really appreciated. When he and the crew realized that the roof tear off was going to take an extra day (because there was a hidden layer of asphalt under my shake shingles), Jason let me know promptly and didn't add to the price of my roof, even though I fully expected him to.
The entire process was as smooth and pleasant as I could have hoped for and my new roof (including flashing and gutters) is just beautiful. Jason and his team use great materials, and he guarantees his team's work, so I know I'm covered on all fronts. If you're comparing roofing companies, do yourself a favor and at least get a bid from Shingle Pro roofing. It was a pleasure working with Cameron to replace not 1, but 2 roofs for us. EZ Roofing is very professional all around, they help with insurance, permitting and payment, then they replaced our roof in one day! Before and after photos, fascia repair from wind damage! Great professional service, Brian was able to repair our fascia the same day I called him. The whole EZ Roofing team was great to work with, I appreciate the quick service, call with updates and pricing (before work), and photos of the completed repair (all without me asking). I was so pleased with the service I received from EZ Roofing. From the very first inspection of my roof to the end of the new roof installation they kept me abreast to everything going on and answered all my questions. Let's put it this way - my roof was completely shot after a wind storm came rolling through. Because of the missing shingles that I noticed, and the water leaking into my garage, I filed a claim. My insurance came out and told me that only a few shingles were damaged, which I believed.
Fast forward a patch job and six weeks later, the leak was still happening. At this point I began questioning whether the insurance inspectors assessment was correct so I reached out to a few companies for a few opinions.. some scheduling appointments and pulling a no show, and others never calling back.
Luckily I spotted a guy looking at my neighbors roof and called him over as he was climbing down. He hopped up on my roof and his inspection photos revealed the source of the leak, and other damages that the adjuster or repair guy never told me about.
He took his photos and sent some info over to my insurance and before I knew it my entire roof switched from an ugly patch to being fully replaced. Not only that, but it turned out that I had a discontinued 40 year shingle and Brian got the insurance company to pay to have a 50 year shingle on my roof instead, without anymore cost to me. Though he did say that the process went a lot quicker for me than what is typical, hey I am not complaining.
I could rave about my experience with this company and Brian for many more paragraphs, but this is already unnecessarily long...BUT I thought that they deserved the review after what they did for me and the money they saved me. THANK YOU! I will always and 100% recommend this company!
