I am so glad I got a roof from Erie Roofing! It looks great and will last for my lifetime, and my kids! The service was phenomenal! The guys who took care of the business end were very helpful and nice. They answered all of my questions and made time to arrange anther meeting to answer even more when I thought of them. They were very patient with me and made sure I was very informed and comfortable with my decision. The work crew was also fantastic! I have a large colonial house and they were done in two days. They were very friendly and made sure there was no debris when I had to drive out of my garage. They did beautiful work and cleaned up very well! They also made sure to show me their work when they were done so I could approve everything before I signed the final paperwork. All in all a very good company to work with, and I would recommend not only to friends, but to family as well!
Erie Roofing was a great choice to have them install my new roof. They have an amazing team, from the field agents, to financing, to the roofers. They explained and presented different roof and color way options. Ofcourse I went with the metal shingle option which seemed to be a better option on my end due to durability. Also Erie has this life time warranty that they offer and couldn’t pass up. Once materials were in the project only took 2 days. The Erie team worked with us on meeting our requirements and pricing budget. Upon completing the roof, it was noted that 2 different batches of shingles were provided and the colors varied greatly. The company took immediate ownership of the issue and did a complete redo without hassle or extra cost and within a timely manner. In addition, the install team did a great job cleaning up both times. We love our new roof and would absolutely recommend Erie to anyone.
Had a wonderful experience with Erie Roofing from the Albany, New York area, from the delivery of material, the placement and removal of the dumpster and the hard-working crew of 7. From tear down of original shingles, the placement of new shingles and the tremendous cleanup, I could not be any happier. I would highly recommend this company. Good warranties and actually had a supervisor visit me the next day to double check the job and cleanup.
I am very happy with the look and quality of our new roof, however, there was some issues with delivery of the materials causing the workers to be waiting around with nothing to do for a few hours. When the material did arrive there was not enough to finish the job and they had to go out to get more. Also there was some wrong product used in the installation. I am impressed by their willingness to work with me when I called them the next day and very quickly sent someone out to resolve the issue. In the end I am pleased with how the roof turned out and it looks beautiful.

Tom, Paulo and their team did a fantastic job on the roof. They even went above and beyond in terms of service and getting everything complete in a timely fashion. Courteous and professional throughout the process as I would use them again should the need arise. I would highly recommend him to any of my fellow homeowners.
Can't recommend these guys enough! From the first phone call to them coming the next day to inspect their own work, they made what can be a bit of an overwhelming process extremely seamless. They arrived at 7 am and were all packed up by that evening. Incredible job picking up as well and you can tell they take immense pride in their work. We love our new roof. Paulo and his team did a great job on our roof. Quick service and very affordable. Cleanup of yard included using a magnetic device to ensure all nails were collected so as not to injure our dogs while playing in the yard.
Perfection Roofing came to me at the recommendation of a contractor and a friend. I found the company to be very professional, efficient and responsive. I was kept informed of everything that was being done on the roof with corresponding photos. The workers were respectful and efficient and completed the job within the day, and ensured my property was cleared of all debris. Interacting with Paulo and Thomas was a very pleasant experience.
Perfection Roofing is the best there is. I did a lot of roofing research beforehand, and they are by far the BEST. Tom, the workers on the roof, the people in the office, are all outstanding. So Happy with Klaus Roofing! I have a 120 year old slate roof that always needs work so it's nice to have reliable and fairly priced contractors. They worked quickly and effectively, matching the new slate to existing and are super responsive. Shout out to Isaac, who was especially helpful! Very excited to now have him on speed dial lol!
During a rainstorm, after heavy winds, the roof leaked into a tenant’s apartment. Of all the roofing companies I called, Klaus was the only one that would get on my roof and stop the leak. I got several quotes for a new roof. Klaus gave me a fair price and did quality work. I have since used them for two other roofs with similar results—fair price and quality work. They are responsive and reliable.

Updated review as the issue has been resolved and received an explanation for the poor communication. The roofer did a great job and seemed to know what he was doing with slate roofs. He just forgot one area that I had shown him which is understandable.My issue was with the front staff who were responsible for communicating with us about timelines and quotes. Even though it might be true that they went “above and beyond” the contract, this was never communicated to us and we even agreed to pay more than the initial quote after the roofer confirmed the scope of the job.Original review:One star for not completing the job and absolutely poor communication. They’re responsive when it comes to trying to get your business and getting your payment but forget about everything else. Roofer showed up without any notice for the start of the job and forgot to replace a missing shingle that I specifically showed him. It has been over a month and it still has not been done. Two different people we have been in contact with at the office just stopped responding. I’m really not one to write bad reviews but I am beyond frustrated. Steer clear.
I was very impressed with Klaus Roofing from start to finish! When I called for a quote to replace my roof I had an estimate from them within a few days. The rep. whose name was Isaac, was very friendly and knowledgable. He showed me exactly what would be done, and the materials that would be used. He explained the process simply and thoroughly. Isaac was the only person of three companies who actually checked the attic before giving me a quote. Once I decided to use Klaus Roofing the job was done in and timely manner with workers who were polite and very tidy. I would recommend this company without any hesitation. They were excellent!
