The Erie install team was efficient and quick in setting up, removing the old shingles, and putting down the ice guard and underlayment. More importantly they did a great job installing the shingles. My only area of concern was the volume of nails and staples left behind in the flowerbeds. They used magnets, but more attention was needed for this. It’s a detail but certainly not enough to take away from an overall five-star rating. I would highly recommend Erie for its quality.

We recently had our roof replaced with fiberglass shingles. It looks classic! The job was accomplished in one day and a few hours the next day. The crew were pleasant. Overall we had a positive experience with all who were involved in the process.
The crew from Erie Home did a great job on install day! They were fast, efficient and took care to not damage the plants and many obstacles there are in close proximity city housing. The final product looks great and I expect it will for many years to come.

Jack and Jim were very pleasant to work with. Jim really went to bay with our insurance company. The roofing crew was very professional and got my roof put in in less than a day. Can’t wait until spring when they put new siding on our house!
Everyone in the neighborhood told me I would be nuts not to use FairWeather Roofing. This is my first house after being overseas for almost 40 years in federal service. They did a fantastic job and installed gutter guards in addition to the roof. I will never have to worry about a roof or gutter cleaning for the remainder of my days. I am absolutely fine with that! Jack was amazing getting everything set up and the crew was both professional and detail oriented. I found one single nail in the yard (they removed thousands of them). My house is HUGE, and they still finished in two days, AND before a big rain came. Would recommend them to anyone. GREAT JOB!!!
All around an amazing company and group of people. The processes was easy, starting with my sales rep Jack. He was very professional and up front with all costs involved. He also answered all my questions and eased my anxiety about how everything would go My roof was replaced within a week. The crew was professional and answered any questions I had. They were as neat as you can be tearing off and made sure not to leave any debris. The whole thing took only one day! My roof and gutters look absolutely amazing!! I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I can!!!

I had Oaks Construction replace the roof on my home. The experience with this company was top notch from beginning to end. They showed up on time. The work seemed well organized as they were able to complete the entire job in 1 day. That included replacing a large number of decking. The project manager Steele Henderson was professional and courteous. He was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed and updated the entire day. My hats off to this group. I would recommend Oaks Construction and Steele Henderson team to family and friends. Great work.

Our roofing was replaced by Oaks and looks very good! It was all done in one day. Keefer, the project manager, explained everything that was done and made me feel confident that all issues were addressed. They were very careful to protect my deck with a tarp and move things out of harms way , as well move everything back when done. The only issue we had; the subcontracted dumpster company did not remove the dumpster on Friday, but on Monday.
Oaks Construction is EXCELLENT! They were on time, respectful of property & neighbor's property, did quality work very efficiently & did an exceptional job cleaning up afterwards. I was informed of plans & updated throughout the whole process. The guys were so nice & conscientious. Kevin was THE BEST!!! The cost was very reasonable & they use quality materials. I will definitely recommend Oaks to everyone!
