Lionel Hayes Reliable Roofing
On very short notice,between Christmas and New Year, 2023, Mr Hayes arranged to replace the roof of our home, and did so the day after the New Year. Throughout our conversations regarding the work, Mr Hayes was attentive, patient, and very respectful with my myriad of questions and concerns. The work was done while we were away from home. As promised, the work was started and completed in a day. Because we were away, Mr Hayes took the time to send pictures of the completed work. The new roof is an absolute dream come true and complements the brick of the house perfectly. Our property was impeccably clean at the finish of the roof replacement. When a roof replacement is required again, we will be calling Lionel Hayes.

Had my roof replaced about a month ago and was impressed with the speed and fine workmanship that was performed. They were head and shoulders cheaper then the competition! I decided to replace my awning with them. A two man crew worked 12 hour days to professionally and meticulously replace the awning, wood, caulk, and paint. Once again, the cheapest in town with a overwhelming professional touch! I would highly recommend this company.
What an incredible job and so speedy! The premier south team was fabulous to work with, very professional and they got my roof replaced so that I could sell my house. Working through insurance wasn’t the easiest and they were very patient and helpful with that process.
Quality. You know it when you see it and experience it. Premier South removed our old roof and installed a new beautiful evergreen metal roof. From start to finish Premier South maintained their quest for quality and a happy customer. During the installation the roof presented a few structural challenges. We interphased mainly with 4 people who went the extra mile for us. Cesar and his team did a beautiful job replacing my roof. He was very patient and helpful in guiding and keeping me informed throughout the process. Knowing that this was a cash bid, with no insurance involved, he was able to provide a fair price. I am very pleased with the results.
