Let me tell you how phenomenal this company is! We had a nearly 30 year old roof and they made the experience easy. Brady came into our home on a Saturday and showed us the Erie roofing processes and materials. The warranty and quality of materials definitely sold us. We had the materials delivered the following week on a Monday and the process started on a Tuesday. We have small children along with pets and one of my main concerns was nails in the yard and they proceeded with laying tarps to collect the debris and disposing the trash regularly with the dumpster they brought. It has been 5 days and one big rain later and we still have a clean nail/shingle free yard. I would highly recommend Erie to my family and friends.
This company was new to me and they are FANTASTIC!! Everyone I came in contact with was excellent. They listened to what I wanted and kept me informed every step along the way. Took only one day and cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend Erie Home for all those needing a new roof.

Erie’s sales staff were professional, understanding, and thoughtful. Their installation contractor was on time, made sure the work was done right, and made sure took all of the mess with them afterward. They answered all of our questions at every stage of the process. They upgraded our roof with a ridge vent to increase lifespan and reduce the number of extrusions through the roofing material. I am very satisfied. Thank you Erie!

Langley was recommended to me by a friend experienced in construction. They are a very reputable company. They were willing to take on my relatively small repair job. Andy was very knowledgeable and quick to find the problem spots. I had a reasonable quote before he left. When the work began, it took less than a day to complete. The repairs stopped the leaks, and they cleaned up after themselves as well.The only down side of being reputable and reasonably price is that they are busy. It took three weeks to get started on the repair after I got the quote.
Andy was great. He came out and thoroughly discussed the issues and gave options that no other roofing company would give. My repair was scheduled and completed. I am hopeful this time it has been fixed as the last company did not correctly repair and the leak was still present. Its been 2 weeks now so its early to tell, but Langley offered a repair warranty and that makes me feel better. No other company would warranty any repair work. Thanks Langley for offering this for the customers to help protect there investment.
Langley was quick with reasonable quote. Then had a crew on-sight working in just a few days. The workers were knowledgeable and totally professional. I was impressed by their cleanup of the area. They even had a guy using a magnet to pickup any nails that might have been left behind.I would definitely use them again. A+ work.
This was my first roof replacement. I got three quotes and the two others didn’t hesitate to say negative things about Langley.In addition to being my lowest estimate, I can’t speak enough on how wrong those people were. Andy was my salesman, he answered any questions timely. Evan was my project manager and made sure to talk me through all my dumb rookie questions. The statements made to me by competitors couldn’t be further from the truth. They got me scheduled within two weeks and were on site when they said they’d be.My roof was completed in a day and looks really good, I’m extremely happy with the color and workmanship. The crew was very polite, respected my property and picked up the job really well considering it had gotten dark.Post installation questions have been handled with as much concern as pre installation was. So once they got paid, they still showed great customer service.I went in blind and chose Langley, I’m glad I did. Give them a shot, you won’t regret it.

Had a wonderful experience with Jeremey and Bryce. They actually showed up which after 3 companies not showing I was worried. Not only did they show up, they were on time, friendly and did a great job explaining what was going on. Definitely will be calling them back for any and all roof needs!
I could not be more pleased with Max ALVAYERO who helped me from start to finish with my new roof. Max was prompt, professional & I feel I made a friend for life. I have to compliment my project manager, Devin Radford for overseeing the entire project. He did an outstanding job. Everything was completely explained and provided in writing. There were no surprises or misunderstandings, just solid workmanship & professionalism. I highly recommend this company & these gentlemen for all your roofing needs.

He helped me get a brand new roof, working with my insurance company, and I only had to pay my deductible! Every step of the process was thorough and easy.Thank you so much for your help!
We used American Roofing for a full roof replacement following storm damage. The crew themselves arrived on time the morning of the install and cleaned up well around the property before leaving. The project manager/foreman arrived admittedly late and was only on site briefly before having to leave due to an emergency. There were two issues I pointed out the following day when he came back to bring paperwork, which he went on to say wouldn't have been left had he been on site and would be fixed.Customer service from this point was terrible. We ended up being told conflicting information from multiple representatives from the company including saying that we would have to pay to have a crew to come out and later that the problems actually weren't going to be fixed. The amount we would have to pay also varied with each instance of communication. They finally sent one guy to mediate a cosmetic problem on the back of the house, which now looks far worse as seen from the picture. The paint was not even close to matching and there are errant streaks up and down the siding.The other issue was a cupola that was left unsecured on our garage and was damaged with the wood rotting. Our initial salesman Jeremy assisted with resolving this after another company rep, Cole, was unable. Jeremy was the only person that was helpful throughout the entire process and was a big advocate for our case with the insurance company before the project started. Its a shame that all the effort to provide a good service by one individual like Jeremy has to be overshadowed by other overwhelmingly negative experiences.By far the worst experience out of all of this came with a distasteful interaction with Cole Reynolds. I'm not sure why this person is even allowed to communicate with customers directly. Never have I been spoken to this disrespectfully by someone. He repeatedly cut me off, laughed when I tried to explain the problem, and accused me of trying to manipulate the company to fix the issue. He also tried to upcharge me on the removal of the cupola. Its absurd someone this rude and unprofessional is allowed to conduct business so immaturely and be a representative of a company as a whole. Based on this interaction alone and the clear lack of cohesion and miscommunication among the team members and employees, I can't recommend using this company.
I had Myles Penney and the American Roofing team replace my damaged roof in the fall of 2022. Myles was polite, professional, and knowledgeable on the process. The roof was replaced on schedule and on time. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend you call Myles and American Roofing!
