My experience with Erie Home roofing services was a bit pricey retired seniors but was absolutely stress free! My salesman was courteous, patient, and worked within my retirement income to help me get financed. He reviewed the cutting edge materials, assisted me with the colors scheme that should look best on my home, and then set-up my scheduled date for the roofing tear-off. The installers came out and reviewed my services, shared when supplies would come, and while the rainy season, didn't let-up, they kept me informed on when they would come, then when the rain subsidies they showed up early and finished sooner than they thought. Erie Construction is one of the best roofing companies in the Illinois area with the highest quality materials. We were in need of a new roof for our home and garage. The sales rep explained everything professionally and thoroughly. Installers were on time and installation was done professionally and quickly .

One evening, we got home and found there was a leak in our new home and water was dripping constantly. It really was stressful and when I reached out to CRS over the phone in the morning, John arrive the same day in the afternoon and provided us an estimate. While I might say his estimate is slightly on the higher end, but it does reflect the work and details he put in.In addition to that, I was asking lots of question (my coping mechanism!) and he answered all of the so patiently.The next day he came with the crew and was able to stop the leak. He was not pushy and was constantly providing us options and information.I would recommend him to anyone that need emergency service and we intend to hire CRS again for our maintenance work too!
John and Chicago Roofing Solutions did a great job for our 5 unit walk up building. We needed a roof replacement and the quote was competitive, the word was high quality and John is a great communicator. I highly recommend their company!
John and team made a very stressful situation, seamless. Ended up needing a complete tear down and replacement and the they gave a competitive quote. They were professional and extremely efficient. Answered all my questions and the quality and extra care they provided was amazing. Not to mention the quote was the final price so no surprises. Highly recommended.
I couldn’t be happier with the work Chicago Roofing Solutions did for me! I shopped a lot of companies, and it was clear others were not the same quality or were way overpriced. Jon did a great job explaining everything and talking through it with me in a simple way that made sense. I felt comfortable they’d do high quality work. Now that they’ve finished and I saw their work, I’m positive I made the right decision and that they didn’t take any short cuts. A few things popped up during the job (extra decking repair needed, rafters replaced, etc.); nothing huge but a few extra things. They did an amazing job with that and didn’t nickel and dime me. Their overall price was competitive. Even better, they schedule you every 5 years to come back out and do maintenance (I think there’s a cost to it but assume it’s reasonable). This made me feel like we’re in it together to make the new roof last as long as possible!
These guys were fantastic!We recently had our roof resealed as routine maintenance, and Chicago Roofing did a terrific job. They were very prompt with an in-home estimate, took the time to explain their assessment in detail, and had great communication throughout. They were also very flexible with scheduling.They applied 2 coats of silver coat to our roof. Nick was our foreman for the day and was fantastic. He was super friendly, very communicative, and they did excellent work with great efficiency! I could not be more satisfied.I'm definitely recommending these guys to any friends with roofing needs.

Don't get scammed!I hired them for a small patch repair for a small leak , after couple of times keeping to at home and rescheduling they finally showed up "while raining" look at the roof and told me they can not fix it because it is wet and they will re-schedule. Instead of coming back they send me a quote for 3000$ repair quote for a crack and never got back to do minor repair.They will ask you to send money before the work don't trust them like I did , DONT SEND THEM MONEY before they do any work you, Or choose someone else
They were very communicative and prompt with their responses. They were patient with all my questions and gave us options to fit within our budget. They also walked me through everything once the repairs were done. Would definitely use them again!
I did a lot of research and had 6 companies come out and provide an estimate for my flat roof active leak project. Roofing by Hernandez took a little long to come back with a contract estimate, (truthfully, I didn't chase them down) but I was very happy when we were able to connect. 5 other roofers scratched their heads at providing a solution, but Eduardo at RBH knew exactly what to do and did not shy away from the work. My anxiety level was eased with his patience at answering all my questions clearly and professionally. I have to add that all their office staff is EXCELLENT as well. Josephine was very helpful in scheduling my project and getting billing processed accurately. I would not hesitate to use them again!!! Thanks so much for the peace of mind!!!
After having an awful experience with roofing companies, Roofing By Hernandez was a breath of fresh air. Ivan and Edgar came, checked out the roof, answered every question imaginable about my roof, gave me a reasonable estimate, and in no time the work was done. The crew was on time, friendly, professional and worked non stop. They only took a break for lunch. Even though the work was tedious, they all had smiling faces. I had a new roof in two days. Thanks Ivan and crew for my new roof and deck.After a rough winter (cold, record snow, ice and rain), my flat twenty year old roof developed some major leaks. Ivan (Owner) was able to come out quickly and access the situation and come up with a very comprehensive plan that made sense for my situation. His quotes are very detailed and covered every question / concern I could think of. When you first meet Ivan, you get a sense very quickly that he takes great pride in his work; he knows what he's talking about and is happy to address all questions and concerns. Texting or Emailing Ivan was always met with a very timely response. Ivan was able to get me on his schedule quickly and his very professional and knowledgeable crew (Thanks Edgar) were out and stripping off the old roof in no time; a far superior roofing system that should last for twenty years and was very competitively priced was installed. His Crew were also very on top of their game; they were always available to answer questions and go over the steps of the roofing process. My flat roof also had an existing deck that needed work and had to be dismantled for the new roof to be installed and I had a second area where I wanted a new deck built. After seeing my "Gold Star" roof completed, I was concerned about another contractor coming out and damaging the roof to install a new deck; there is a very exact way to install decks on flat roofs without puncturing them. I asked Ivan to remove and reinstall the old deck and build a second deck on the opposite side of the roof. Once again, Ivan and Crew came through with my amazing new Trex Decks; couldn't be happier with the high quality of work balanced with very competitive pricing. I recommend Roofing by Hernandez highly.
