Erie Home Roofing was a good experience. Their roofers worked quickly and efficiently finishing the entire roof within a day, followed by a thorough cleanup. Our roof was estimated as 1900 sq feet. So far, it looks good and has showed no sign of problems even though we've had a couple of severe storms in the weeks following. Good work!
Erie was great at explaining their products and services, allowing us to make an informed decision. Do not shy away due to the price! The quality of materials, energy savings, and longevity, will be worth it. The major selling point for us was the durable underlayment that will also maximize energy cost savings. Additionally, the warranty is only one page! This definitely brings security and peace of mind to us. The job was completed quickly and without major issue. A few minor communication issues but everything was resolved quickly, and to our complete satisfaction, without additional cost. Definitely recommend Erie!
Great, professional service. They do a great job of making sure that the customer is satisfied. They provide assurances in writing and make certain they are open and transparent with the process of home improvement/repair. Able and skilled, they do exactly what you ask for and make it look easy. They are easy to talk to and are ready to assist over the phone or in-person without question. Even when moved there truck seen trash got out n picked it up..Got here around 7am n moved my ornaments so they won't get broke..RESPECT ..the next day Josh came back made sure things looked good.. that's what I seen n music wasn't loud ..when I get my garage done il be calling them back....n best thing about this company is they will come back if anything happens to my roof ....love this company ..like I said I could go on n on about them ..I'm very happy with my roof ty again n take care

Everyone at Freedom Roofing and Construction exceeded my expectations. From my first meeting with Matt, until the last conversation we had, he was honest, answered all of my calls and texts, and was transparent all the way through the process.He was present at my home several times during the day that my roof was installed to make sure that things were getting done in a timely manner. The guys installing the roof had to work overtime to get my roof installed before the rain came and they were friendly and did a fantastic job with the installation.The guys did a great job cleaning up after the installation as well.The morning after the installation, I called Matt with a few questions and he said, “I’ll be over in 10 minutes.” That is top notch service!Nick who handled the financial aspects of the project was prompt, very professional, and kept me informed of any changes that had to be made right away. The owner of the building I work at had a new roof put on towards the end of last year. I have found nails and other roofing material in our parking lot and grassy area over the past few months. Nick and Adam at Freedom Roofing were very responsive to the building owner. They went as far as contacting me personally to let me know that they would be out the same day to do another magnet sweep. Great customer service by Nick and Adam, very responsive, and respectful.

5 Star Company!!! These guys are honest, reputable and they do great work. From helping me fight with my insurance company to get my roof replaced due to hail damage to the final install, they were right there helping. Installation was quick and they cleaned up so good you wouldn’t know a roof was put on. Kurt the owner is a stand up guy. He runs a great crew. Please call them for your siding and roofing needs. I promise you won’t regret it!
Wonderful continued support. We had our roof replaced by freedom roofing a few years ago with no issues. Since then they have provided top notch follow up support- very responsive to come back out when major storms in our area led to my vent boot needing to be resealed, great coordination when I wanted to take out my sky light. They work effectively and safely which I appreciate. I also like that they take and send photos of the work that they do. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

The Legend team did an excellent job on replacing my roof and siding due to hail damage. My project manager Jim was very professional and walked me through the insurance process answering all my questions. When the work crews showed up they were very polite and left my property in excellent condition when the project was finished. Highly recommend Jim and the Legend Exteriors team.
I had Jim Hobson come out and inspect my roof for hail damage in Paxton. Jim helped me file a claim with State Farm and was there when they sent out an inspector. Jim was able to get my roof approved for replacement on the house and the garage. Jim was very professional and made me very comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend the Legend Exteriors team and Jim Hobson for any of your exterior needs.
A+ job by Legends Exteriors in Champaign, IL with our roof, siding and gutter replacements, I am giving them 5 *****. Jim Hobson is superb ! Professional, great listener and ready ans all my questions. [along with few stupid 🙂 questions, i am sure as I never deal with such need in the past and not even aware of many terms associated with this work!] Not only they did phenomenal job at work, prior to that Jim took over the failed claim process due to arrogant adjuster and got it approved by working professionally with new adjuster and insurance company. Also i am sure at the end they end up spending good amount of time following up with insurance company for final payments and adjustments as the response from them was awful [Esurnace/AllState]. I am truly thankful to Legends for there efforts. I HIGHLY recommend Jim/Legends to anyone needing roofing, siding, gutters, etc. for their homes.
Had a great experience working with Steve on our new roof and gutters. The first insurance adjuster did not take notice of all the damage. Steve was persistent in making sure our insurance would cover everything we needed replaced. He was very responsive and easy to work with. He made sure to contact me with any changes in the work schedule. We're happy with our new roof and gutters and would recommend Legend to anyone!
