The Erie sales team and the install team were informative, professional and very efficient replacing my shingle roof with my metal roof. The Erie team deserves 10 stars for their time and dedication to my property. My home looks amazing and I know it will for the next 50 years or more. I would highly recommend Erie for the quality of my metal roof, my gutters and the outstanding team of workers.
We had Erie come out and strip the many layers of shingles off our house and replace with a new fiberglass shingle roof. They were able to complete the work in two days. There was a bit of a miscommunication on one part of our roof - we are planning on some renovations down the line which would require us to have a ridge vent, currently it doesn’t need it. They came back to next day to discuss the issue and promptly scheduled them to return and fix it. They were very attentive and I’m sure it will be done to our satisfaction.
They stripped the old roof off and installed a beautiful fiberglass shingle roof that makes our house pop. With snow on the ground and cold days the installation was completed in 2 days. The installer management were on top of everything and they made me feel that they really cared about my home. You can pay less but remember you get what you pay for. Quality products and workmanship is what we expect, they delivered for us.
Everything went smooth. Plans were well laid out they come in discuss the products I was going to get from my roof, set up a delivery date and then an installation date. Nothing but great things to say about Roof Hub! We had a roof leak on a flat rubber roof with an existing roof deck. After researching numerous contractors who all agreed of a necessary full replacement, we came across Roof Hub, Taylor and team, and chose them to do the full roof replacement and new deck installation. They were the most knowledgeable, responsive, had the best pricing, competitive warranty and were able to do both jobs (which was hard to find). They also weren't pushy about signing initial contracts like other companies. Once kicked off, they were able to answer all our questions during the process. Greg, the PM handled all operations with no effort on our part and was super efficient. They fixed the drainage problem completely and even came back to clean the staircase and install a handrail to the deck after project completion. Also their quoted price and final price were nearly the same! Highly recommended, impressive customer service and extremely professional work. We will enjoy the new roof and deck. Fantastic job!

Thirteen years ago, Denis and his crew replaced our old flat roof and a portion of a sloped roof with a white PVC roof. The work was very difficult. They had to lift a heavy machine up on the roof to cut through 4 or 5 layers of roofing—EPDM membrane, copper, tar, gravel, etc. I remember a one-foot square of the old roof in the dumpster weighing about 20 pounds. They also stripped old slate roofing from a portion of the adjacent sloped roof. Denis was very good at getting copper drip edge to match the existing on our historic home. The PVC roofing was put down with welded seams and vent pipes were all capped and caulked. The work was difficult, but the result was flawless. Fast forward to today, my wife noticed a small leak in our bedroom below the area with the flat roof. I called Denis, and he assured me that the roof has a lifetime warranty, and he immediately came out to my house to inspect the roof. I went up with Denis on to the roof and he checked all the seams which showed no delamination. The caulking on the vent caps was still in perfect shape. He had a rag and wiped down portions of the PVC trying to find a hole. The roof looked like it was in perfect shape after 13 years, and I was worried that this was going to be one of those issues that was going to be hard to diagnose. We spent a few minutes more chatting up on the roof and right when we were about to give up, he wipes down a small section and finds a hole which was smaller than a pencil eraser. I was never so happy to find a hole in my roof. Recently, we had a tree removed next to our house, and we both thought they may have dropped a branch that punctured the roof. He immediately patched the roof, and now we can embark on another 13 years with a worry-free roof over our heads. Thanks Denis!MarkBrookline, MA
Great outfit! Flat roofs in New England require special consideration, something the former owners of our house missed. Denis and his company were the most informed and up-to-date on the current technology that matched my own research. Very thorough planning, first class and trouble-free installation, and did such a good job I had them completely re-do the non-flat roofs on our main house and carriage house. This outfit knows what they're doing, is super responsive, and first-rate in execution. I liked them so much I recommended to other friends who think just as highly of the finished product.
