the workman where on time and did a very good job all around. I was quite impressed with the materials that were used, much better than then the normal shingles used on roofs. The attention to the vents and chimney, on my house, were extremely well done and important. Clean up was well done also, and there was a lot of clean up too be done as the whole roof had to be cleared off of everything.
I was very pleased with with the look of our roof and how quickly the roof was replaced. Erie was able to get us a quote and our roof replaced within 2 weeks. The representative that came out to do our quote was the nicest person and very informative. He never tried to push any products on us which was really nice and refreshing.
The workers seemed to work quickly. But I found out it was because they did little cleanup work.Over a dozen roofing nails were left in my driveway and carport. I picked these up with a magnetic rolling broom. For the high price of their services, the cleanup should have been much better.
Erie was fast on time and did very good work. Only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is one of the materials was wrong on delivery. However, the project manager got the correct materials and the job was still finished on time and when it was supposed too. I do recommend you to give them a chance to help with any roofing project you may have no matter how large or small.
Austin and his crew were fantastic! In just a few hours my old roof was removed and a beautiful new roof installed and everything had been cleaned up as if no one had been here.Austin and his crew were professional but what impressed me most was how kind and considerate they were. Had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Needed some items completed from an inspection to sell my house, and Samantha couldn’t have been any friendlier or more helpful. You don’t find many people like her anymore; she was amazing. Additionally, Joaquin and his team were great. They were able to knock the scope of multiple items out in one day, and I was very happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend Castle to anyone needing any work done!

Castle Roofing did a great job. I needed some soffits replaced, some painted plus some new and old gutters replaced. They were exceptional at everything. They did a site visit, forwarded me photos; all with great communication. Once the job started, they ensured it was done to our satisfaction. We'll use them again!
I had a minor, yet inconvenient, leak in my bathroom ceiling. I called Castle Roofing at 7 p.m. on a Friday, and by 9 a.m. on Saturday I had a technician at my home! Upon their arrival two gentleman introduced themselves, and asked me about my concerns and politely asked if they could come inside to inspect. Once they finished inside they then went on to the roof to inspect it as well. When they were done they knocked on my door to explain what they saw, and they even reconnected me with the Office Manager, Samantha, so we could set expectations on the next steps. Not only did they address my concern, but they actually found a few other things I knew nothing about! Even better they gave me the choice to only take care of my original issue, or to take care of everything! I knew already based on the visit, and the fair price that I would use Castle Roofing for my repairs, but to top it off, as promised, Samantha called me 15 minutes after my appointment ON THE DOT to go over my estimate, and to make sure I was comfortable with the repair plan! The communication was by far THE BEST I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY!!! They stood by their word every step of the way, made sure I was informed and comfortable during whole project, and I will recommend Castle Roofing to anyone who will listen! Thank you to this AMAZING TEAM!
We hired Castle Roofing to repair/replace the siding and trim on our 22 year old home. Over all, the experience was so good we hired them twice! The communication was VERY good and I really liked how responsive they were.The quality of the estimation was good, though after reviewing the work done, we thought the crew could have recommended a few more fixes. Please understand, these were not areas that were in desperate need of repair. But they were areas that I might have asked them to fix had I noticed them earlier. I had pointed out the really bad places that I knew about and they did point out a few extra places, but I think they missed a chance to go even further. Again, they didn't do anything wrong, but they could have recommended a little more.The quality of the work itself was excellent. All the repairs and paint matching were very good and we are quite happy with the results!There is one thing I think the crew could have done better:Clean-up. It's normal in any job to have nails, chunks of wood, and other trash hit the ground. It's also normal to have paint and sealant smudges on nearby surfaces. They did clean up some but didn't quite get it all.In the end, Castle Roofing provides excellent work. 2 days of work including all materials was ~$7500. Money well spent.In my earlier review, I said we would hire Castle Roofing again and we just did!After reading my review, Castle contacted me and asked if they could come and handle the clean-up they missed. No charge. I said "sure!" While the crew was here, I asked them to look at those other places I noticed. They gave me a fair estimate and I hired them to do that work too. Castle Roofing is a great company and they respond well to fair criticism. I will use them again for sure!

Georgia Roofing and Repair was amazing. They responded quickly to my emergency situation. Their prices are reasonable. They identified additional issues with my roof that they fixed for me. They are trustworthy. I will most certainly use them again.
We had been struggling to find a contractor to repair a leaky roof, getting 0 responses when requesting my projects. Once I contacted Georgia Roofing, I received a quote within a day and they continued to be responsive throughout the process. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and the entire process from requesting a quote to completed project was less than a week.

I reached out to GA Roofing and Repair when my house developed a leak in the ceiling. Jeff responded promptly and scheduled his technician for a diagnostic visit at no charge. After inspecting the roof, and attic, his technician determined the water was likely coming from a poor flashing job from a previous roofing company around the chimney, as well as mortar deterioration on the chimney itself. My repairs and the installation of a beautiful new chimney cap were complete within 2 weeks of my first conversation with Jeff. I'm very pleased and would definitely work with them again!
