The work was quick. The crew worked hard and were very professional. They cleaned up everything. Protected my shrubs that were close to where they were working. Te results of the repair was effective as well as beautiful. Thank Erie homes.
Erie Home initial contacts were very professional , knowledgeable and concise. Appointments were confirmed and kept. Work crew arrived when expected and worked diligently. I was told things would be cleaned up so I might not know they had worked on my house. I took this as a bit of hype given the size of the job, but was more than pleased. The day after job was done I raked lawns and inspected gardens and only found one nail; and zero trash !!!!! Job Well Done!
The job was very well coordinated. The sales staff was very complete in answering all questions. Installers did a great job.

These guys are consummate professionals and must be the best in greater Portland, so I don’t know what more I can add. Half of my street used Superior in the past few years, so I decided to join the club. The estimate was very reasonable, and the project stayed on budget. As a white collar desk worker who can barely change a light bulb, it was fun watching how the crew has roofing down to a science. They finished the project in a day and cleaned up so well, it’s as if they were never there. Superior should be the first (and only) choice for Portland roofers.
I was highly impressed with their punctuality during the quoting process and timely responses to questions. Once agreed there was great communication around the expected start date. They sent an email in advance on what to expect. The day of everyone arrived early and the foreman called to let me know that they would be starting and what to expect throughout the day and to call if there were any issues or concerns. They worked hard and finished my very large roof in one day. The cleanup was impeccable. Not a nail or shingle left behind. The roof looks great.
We are very pleased with the new roof Superior installed this week, taking only two days. The crew was very polite and professional. The foreman, Jose Ramirez, was easy to deal with and helpful. Several times he and I surveyed the work together using his drone. He answered my several calls quickly and resolved all questions without any problems. The clean up was very good. We love the look of the finished product. The color was an excellent match of what we picked from the samples they showed us.
Superior Roofing was fair, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. Their hardworking crew arrived on time on roofing day and had the job completed and all cleaned up by dusk. I highly recommend Superior Roofing!

I had a couple of very small nitpicks after the job was done (not related to the roof itself but to some fascia work they did for us!) and they came back and fixed those small items without any hassle.
When looking through some old photos I took, I actually realized that one of my "issues" was there well before Superior Roofing visited my property and was not their fault. I apologized to the man who was there to look at the issues and he said "don't worry about it" and fixed them anyway!
Insanely good service. Very hard workers. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.
PS: These Before/After photos are with Onyx Black Owens Corning Duration Shingles. These look incredible in my opinion and really made our home look much sharper!

I can’t say enough good things about the people at Southers Construction! We had a leak in our roof, under a tight spot, under a roof top deck. I spent hours calling contractors. I couldn’t find one contractor to even call me back, until I reached out to Jessica at the front office at Southers Construction. She took care of me from the minute I reached out. She handled scheduling. Next, Asa was out to give us a quote, and Jack stayed in touch during the repair phase and made sure everything was satisfactory. Everyone was very professional, and a job well done! I called them just a week after they finished the first project to inquire about a second project, to help repair some siding that had fallen off during a winter storm. They will definitely be my go-to contact for all things constructions from now on.

Southers did a fantastic job. They have very personable, friendly people from Kurtis who specked out the job, to the roofers to, Jack who did the final walk through. They began work on the exact date they said they would. We have a historic house, and Southers understood the need for barn board instead of plywood under the shingles as well as mode of ventilation and other concerns around early construction. The roofing team was fast, systematic and detail oriented. Clean up was complete, like no construction ever occurred. The pricing was fair, with no hidden costs or add-ons. We knew in advance exactly what we’d be paying. In fact, we were given money back at the end for materials that were brought to the site in case they were needed but were unused. I wish all contractors were like Southers. I very positive experience.
I highly recommend Southers Roofing…….competitive price and they completed our entire project in one day. The crew left the decks and yard totally clean with no nails or debris anywhere. The new roof looks amazing. Jack (our Project Mgr) has great people skills and kept us apprised of the progress throughout the day with both pics and drone video. This was especially appreciated since we were 1,600 miles away in Florida. Can’t say enough good things about Southers and Jack!

We were very satisfied with everyone involved with replacing our roof and shutters. The workmanship was excellent, done quickly and efficiently. All aspects of the project were clearly explained to us beforehand by Rick, and the work was expertly managed by Jack. We would highly recommend Southers Construction to anyone looking to have a job well done.
I wish I could leave a better review of this company. I'm a veteran and they are owned by a veteran which is why I hired them. I had my roof and siding done by at the same time. They actually did good work on the project for the most part. The loss of stars is for the following.
Over a month after the project was supposed to start I still hadn't received any contact from them. I literally had to hunt them down to get things going even though I'd made a deposit.
The project took twice as long as I was told it would.
I'm still picking up nails from my yard and driveway. At least 100 so far.
All the stuff that was taken off my house including power lines, mailbox, gutters, etc they refuse to put back on.
A pile of garbage and building materials were left on my lawn/driveway for almost 2 months.
My project manager doesn't answer the phone and lies about when they'll finish the work, over and over.
I honestly wish I hadn't hired these people, which makes me sad because veterans should take care of each other better.
