Faze did a phenomenal job on putting up our Christmas lights. They are extremely professional and met our expectations. Don't hesitate to use their services.
Faze and the guys who install and take down my Christmas lights are very helpful. They do a great job every year and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional looking light displays. We had a leak in the roof, they promptly came out and identified the problem. I got an estimate before they left and we scheduled the work for a later date. Landmark's workers came on time, very friendly, very informative and promptly got to the repair. I was kept informed on what was found and how the repair was going to be done. I was very impressed from the 1st phone call to the completion of the work. Great job Landmark!
The roof turned out great (so far at least), but communication was definitely lacking. I was told that we’d hear from production by the end of the following week, which didn’t happen, and I only heard from them when I personally ended up reaching out. They picked a date, double checked that it was fine the day before, showed up on the day, and then left before starting because of an upcoming storm, which is fine. They said Friday or Saturday is when they’d be back. They proceeded to show up with no warning first thing on Thursday. Then there was a lack of communication with needing to keep my original copper flashing separate from the trash, and a very large piece ended up in the dumpster that I had to fish out myself (I had called and asked and they said they couldn’t make it back to take it out for me, even though that was an important agreement we made when I chose Landmark). I was told they’d call to schedule the new flashing installation and final inspection, but they showed up with no warning yet again to do the flashing. They did call to schedule the inspection though. The roof looks great, no concerns so far. The work was done within 9 hours and cleaned up very thoroughly. Three stars because I expected better communication due to the great reviews, but I was left disappointed on that front.
Landmark was extremely thorough and displayed great workmanship. Leah detected a vent in my attic that wasn’t properly connected to the outside, and made sure to correct that along with my reroofing. They took amazing care of my property and finished in one day. I LOVE my new Desert Rose roof!

The communication with the gentleman that scheduled the work was prompt and on going as needed.
The workers showed up right on time , cleaned up the area and did a beautiful job.
We ended up having a situation with our insurance company where they were not going to pay the depreciation we thought they were paying. Leroy went to bat for us and the end result was better than we had planned.

Working with Landmark roofing was a great experience. We solicited a quote for a boot installation over a conduit and weather head. They patiently came out several times at the request of our landlord to help appease their concerns about punctuating their flat roof. They graciously scheduled around the availability of our landlord and electrical contractor. We are happy with the job they did.

Bone Dry Roofing was a great company for us when we decided to get our gutters redone! Jay came over to give us a free quote, got us our paperwork, and got us on their schedule in a timely manner. The team that came over to complete the project was friendly and informative. My family will be using Bone Dry Roofing for all of our roofing projects in the future😊
I had a great experience with Bone Dry Roofing. It wasn't the roof, however, it was a piece of siding the wind blew off of a porch, uncovering some deteriorated wood underneath. They were quickly able to fit me into their schedule, and came up with a plan of repair that would prevent this from happening again. I would highly recommend their services.
The quality and value of Bone Dry's work is great! There is a large variety of shingles to choose from and I love the way they look. The crew was large and my roof was finished in about five hours. My only issue was with clean-up. There was a lot of debris all over my car inside the garage and a little bit around the perimeter of my house. I do still recommend Bone Dry to my friends and family though!

The quality of workmanship on the roof was impeccable!! They so paid attention to detail. From start to finish the job was done in a day with roughly 20 guys working on the roof. They tarped all the landscaping and cleaned up so the yard looked like it did before they started. They come and inspect every five years to make sure all is good. HIGHLY recommend.
