Wanted to use this company and had spoke to Valerie a few times she stopped responding and i looked her name up when looking up the company to get a direct number - Turns out shes a known felon and this woman gets access to our private information ? She also has a history of being with underage children which CPS is currently looking into. Not a partner id be interested in doing business with.
I like to be positive with Anthony & Sylvan when finished my pool last July but unfortunately I have to call them three times for service repair .
I’m still waiting for their response to solve small water leakage; I believe this is the third week waiting; I hope they can coming anytime soon.

2024- having noticed fine white crack lines in the spa and AS taking weeks to respond we got independent inspector in and the cracks are plaster damage due to AS not fitting a check valve at initial install ( missed by Project Manager AND Inspector also) so every time equipment turns off the spa empties, exposes plaster to constant wet/dry scenarios along with exposure to weather conditions. Alongside this caulking opening up where concrete is shifting due to them not packing the excavation area properly before pouring decking and further tile and grout cracking that they fixed twice already. After much delayed, back and forth, conversation with Construction Manager and the report from our independent inspector they don’t admit responsibility BUT do state they will reimburse the cost to have the equipment rectified and at their cost get a guy out to clean calcium build up from cracks so it does not look so ugly. Weeks later and guess what……still waiting for reimbursement !! An email and another conversation with construction manager and still their “word” is silent. As I write this we are nearly three months into this issue being raised, previously their customer care team showed service but unfortunately the lady I previously communicated with has left the company and it seems the “customer care” team are no longer interested in their companies reputation and are leaving it the local branches who have demonstrated again no integrity, customer satisfaction, responsibility.

I increased original rating from 2 to 4, crack / tiles were fixed and we will continue to monitor to ensure the shifting does not reoccur. Not a 5 due to length of time to action, thankful that head office got involved I am quite sure this would not of been actioned had they not. I still feel the local office and their representatives are letting A&S down.
Having previously approached BBB to get resolution on a list of punch items, we deemed our pool complete 4 May 2022 (Contract signed August 2021) but we now face another demonstration of poor service, management who cannot / will not respond, third party subcontractors who could not care less and a warranty claim that’s been dragging on since Mid June as original contractor is “too backed up” and second contractor (understandably) does not wish to rectify work they have not done and a third contractor who never called to schedule repair date. Finally 27 July email sent to General Assistant Manager, Construction Manager, Warranty Scheduler, Customer Care Team airing our concerns over structure integrity (ever widening crack in retaining wall), worthiness of warranty and photos of other area now coming into needing repair due to obvious wall movement such as tiles popping and decking opening away from wall. Finally on evening of 28 July the original PM called to say management told him the ORIGINAL gunite company would be here “next week” (week commencing 31 July) and to leave back open for access. Nobody been on site, management etc ignoring a second chase email, voicemail left and ignored on 3 August. The only person who answers a phone was not even involved in our project and again today I have had to ask him to ask the Construction Manager to call one of us with an update. Company has no customer service focus, customers are a burden, they clearly cannot manage their subcontractors and the warranty process is just another arm they seemingly cannot honour. We will be submitting more warranty claims next week to refix cracked coping, popped tiles, decking crack. Awful experience, huge headache. I wish I had used another local company.

They did not return my call. I was a customer hand had them build a pool for me. I had a slight issue with a promised product from them…. Let’s just say they didn’t call me back and have their money so seems they are done with me…. Not recommending this company. After service commitment is not very good
Anthony & Sylvan Pools of Houston builds a quality Pool. The Project Manager, Luis Sandoval, was absolutely the best! This young man was always there to make sure the process was going smoothly. Anthony and Sylvan were extremely professional, timely, and knowledgeable though the entire design and construction process. Luis, the project manager went far above and beyond what we expected. He was extremely professional and didn’t hesitate to do things himself to keep the project moving. Jay, the designer was very helpful and worked with us. We ended up with a unique pool that we absolutely love. The work was done quickly and high quality. I highly recommend this company. Jay and Luis made the whole process worth 5/5.
My inground pool + spa build was just completed a few days ago. I had such a great experience once the construction started. Project manager, Omar Ortega, was the best! He kept the project moving forward, gave me regular updates and the project was completed rather quickly (within 12 weeks). He answered all of my questions and was easy to work with. Very happy with the process and looking forward to using my new pool in a few days after start up. Thanks Omar and A&S!
We had an excellent experience with Anthony & Sylvan Pools! From start to finish, design to completion, the quality of our pool and most importantly, their customer service was above our expectations! Roy, our project manager, kept us in the loop every step of the way. He was very helpful and made sure that our project stayed on time and answered any questions we had within a few hours. He is a model of customer service. So thankful that we chose to go with them! Isn't the pool beautiful?!
After getting about three quotes from other companies, I consulted with Anthony & Sylvan on the recommendation from a coworker. I worked with Rick to design my pool and spa and was very happy with what he came up with to stay within my budget. The project took a few months longer to complete but I was made aware that due to Covid that there would be some construction and equipment delivery delays. My original construction manager did quit in the middle of the project and for a while there was a gap in communication and the project basically stopped for a about a month. I was not aware of this until Omar showed up and introduced himself. I had quite a bit of concerns and he reassured me he would do his best to make things right. He absolutely held up to that promise and more, doing whatever needed to be done to get the pool equipment in and the construction completed. This review would have gone quite differently if it wasn't for Omar. He was in communication even after pool school to ensure everything was working correctly and there were no issues. I feel very comfortable that I still reach out to him for questions and guidance and that makes all the difference. I'm very happy with my pool and I can't wait for it to warm up!

We had an in-ground pool designed and installed by Cody Pools. Construction started in Aug 2022 and was competed in Nov 2022. They provided one-of-a-kind service the whole way! The schedule was just about what was stated upfront. From the initial consultation thru design and construction, each stage was tightly coordinated. Alex, the designer and Reed, the CM were always quick to address any needs and concerns. Customer service was top notch, along with the quality of workmanship. Definitely recommend Cody Pools! Thanks to Reed and Alex for the great experience!
Update on 4/4/2024: After over a year of maintenance and monitoring the pool, one defect in the installation has been the coping tile work. Random tiles keep coming loose and need re-attachment. All other services were top notch minus the tile work.

If we could give more stars, we would! There was not a single hiccup from design to completion. Alex designed exactly our vision, and Reed executed flawlessly. Communication was so easy and the whole process was organized and efficient. AND not only was the process timely, but they completed everything ahead of schedule!
10 out of 10 for Cody Pools! They did an incredible job! The pool was built super fast (way ahead of schedule), and any time during the process if there was something that we weren't 100% happy with, they would fix/change it without ever missing a beat! Alex did an amazing job designing the perfect pool for us and was very helpful in explaining best practices to make the pool more enjoyable. During the build process, Clayton was so informative, consistently updating us on timelines, schedules, what processes would be happening when and by whom, as well, whenever there was something we needed, he showed up same-day to get things sorted! So hands on and helpful, every one of them! The teams doing the work were also very professional, friendly, and accommodating, and they each did such beautiful work. Again, I cannot recommend Cody Pools (specifically getting to work with Alex and Clayton) enough. Top notch!
Cody Pools Katy did an amazing job. Reed was everything I could've asked for in a project manager, and Alex did a beautiful job on the design. They went far above and beyond, and I cannot recommend them enough - especially if you want something very custom and complex. They have the skills and experience to creatively problem solve and ensure you arrive at something you'll love. And their post-construction support has been spectacular.
They have long-standing relationships with their subcontractors and work crews, so it never felt like I had a bunch of random strangers in my yard. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are thrilled with the pool built by Cody Pools. From the initial consultation with Alex to completion with Reed, the process was smooth and efficient. Alex and the general contractor Reed were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, ensuring our satisfaction every step of the way.
The luxury and top-notch experience exceeded our expectations. While some pool companies advertise 3-D computer design, Cody Pools truly delivers on this promise, allowing us to visualize our dream pool before construction began.
Having heard horror stories from friends about other pool companies, we took a chance with a Texas company and couldn't be happier. If we ever sell our home, we will undoubtedly choose Cody Pools again for our pool needs.
It was an overall exceptional experience.
Recommendations for Future Pool Projects:
1. Avoid installing barstools in the pool, as they tend to trap and obstruct the pool vacuum, leading to maintenance issues.
2. Invest in quality umbrellas, even if they come at a higher cost. We found success with umbrellas from Birch Lane, which provided durability and longevity.
3. Consider purchasing white lounge chairs from Amazon, specifically the Step2 Vero Lounger brand, which offered both comfort and affordability at $200 each.
4. Prepare neighbors for potential noise disruptions during the early stages of construction. While it may be loud initially, the skilled workers quickly progress, and the noise becomes more manageable over time. Despite the initial disturbance, we found the professionalism and expertise of the workers to be commendable.

Cody Pools did an exceptional job planning and constructing our new pool from start to finish. From the first meeting with Zach the designer to the project manager Reed, the experience and service was top notch. I highly recommend Cody Pools for anyone who wants to build a new pool.

We selected Cody Pools for our pool construction after considering several other options. From the beginning, Alex was the most transparent in terms of pricing and what was included in their quote. He then worked with us patiently to adjust the design to our vision and give us exactly what we where expecting. Construction process was extremely smooth. Our construction supervisor Clayton kept us fully informed at every step and was always attentive to our questions or concerns. Had us swimming in record time! Overall, a very pleasant experience.

You guys are true pros and showed excellent communication and experience in pool building! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool! Best pool builder in town. Kyle did a great job in explaining how they build their pools and what differentiates them from others. Really knowledgeable and explained all my questions and concerns. Reed did a great job during construction and delivered the project on time even in challenging conditions.

This was by far the worst experience ever. I have to be honest I love the out come nevertheless I’m being honest the customer service with this company was the lowest level of customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were reaching out to our initial project manger for weeks only to find out he was no longer with the company yet no one had notified us. The replacement project manager was unavailable and if he did reply it was days later. Eventually we were told he too was no longer with the company. The third project manager had an attitude, the owners of the company were rude and did not deal with customers in an understanding way. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you want a pool your best bet is to not go with premier pools and spas. ‘Pool School’ is a joke. I had to go and YouTube the correct way to service my pool. Not to mention it took this company A YEAR to fix my driveway that they damaged. This was after going back and forth with them about them being liable. I had whole video proof that they damaged my driveway 😩. Not to mention the concrete repair is subpar. The damages in the backyard took months to address and the repairs were half hearted. This company is a joke and they’re fooling people. Anytime someone is spending money with you your customer service and availability have to be up to par. I hope they never get another contract and go out of business.
Best pool company I have ever worked with. Timely, honest, amazing craftsmanship. Wouldn’t recommend another. Have built a pool in the past and interviewed several for our new house. Steven and Premier Pools were head and shoulders above the rest. Hassle free and easy process from beginning to end.
I want to update my review and give them a 5 star. I will admit it was a touch and go project but they pulled it off. The first one I want to thank is Dora. She answered EVERY single one of my emails without fail. She is truly AWESOME! They need to give her a raise! I seriously don’t think they would survive without her. The next person I want to thank is Javier although he did not answer every text or phone call he made sure the pool repairs were done and correct! Thank you Mr Unger for making sure our repairs were done in a timely manner! Please stay in contact with our neighbors behind us to make sure everything is ok. I don’t want them coming over complaining that their backyard is flooded. 😬. Thank you y’all for everything you did! I can’t wait to enjoy it this summer!
After being told my pool was completed, it has been almost 3 weeks now, There is still work to be done. I have once again had to postpone using my pool due to lack of communication and lack of finishing this project. We have been completely paid for and supposed to be done by end of december. It is now January 19th.
Premier did a fabulous job on my pool. They designed and delivered exactly what I wanted. I worked with Ron on the design. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me anything more. He didn’t push me to include a hot tub or lots of “bells and whistles”. I wanted a simple pool for my family that left enough yard for pets. The tile and other finishes are just gorgeous. The staff at Premier helped with those choices. When it came to construction, Cody was responsive and stayed on top of all the different r crews and details. Both Cody and Ron kept me informed as to what was next etc. I highly recommend them. I have attached pictures but they don’t capture the beauty of the tile and pebble finish. The lighting in the pool is spectacular. My bubblers are the perfect finishing touch.
We had Premier Pools and Spas design and build our pool this year. The process was very good and they completed ahead of schedule. We started construction in February and we were swimming by the beginning of May. I had heard a lot of people say that it takes about 6 months to build a inground pool. The team at Premier did a great job scheduling the construction and finished before summer. I am very please with my pool. Thanks Brian and Darrell I really appreciate all the hard work. I highly recommend Premier Pools and Spas in Pearland.
Rick knew what we wanted even when we didn’t know. As first time Pool buyers, Rick made the process exceptional and seamless. His listening skills, attention to detail and knowledge, allowed us to feel comfortable with our decision to invest in our pool. From the consultation/design meeting up to post-construction, Rick demonstrated patience with our questions and responded quickly to our calls/concerns. He was the consummate professional from beginning to end. We are extremely grateful for his guidance through the entire process. Our excellent experience with Premiere Pools and Rick, confirmed we made the right decision on our pool investment.
Happy with Premier Pool and Spas. Signed contract in October of 2021, broke ground in November of 2021, and after some expected delays due to the holidays, pool was up and running by April of 2022. Ron T. designed the pool and guided us through the contractual process. His design and insight on what would and would not work for our yard was the selling point for us. Ron was profesional and very knowledgeable about anything to do with the pool business. Even after the completion of the project, Ron responds to our calls and questions we may have.
The process of pool construction is not always clear-cut let alone, on time. Several scheduling conflicts, often having to do with the contractors, held up the build a couple of times.
Despite the delays at times, we highly recommend this company for a pool construction project. The pool was done and operational just I time for summer. Absolutely worth the investment for our home.
