Joe in sales was awesome from start to finish. He met with us several times, several extra times, because we just couldn’t decide whether to build a pool or not. He designed and redesigned our pool many times to suit our needs. Construction was completed on time and went smoothly. Highly recommend Blue Haven to anyone!
I highly recommend BHP. Joe R was our sales person and was great throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and has a great attitude, especially for all the questions we had. Jerry H and his construction crew are the best! He was awesome at giving us updates and keeping us a priority. We were very blessed to have the opportunity to work with this team!
It has be about 2 years since I started working with this company. I will start off by saying that Joe, has been an absolutely great designer he designed the pool I’ve always wanted. Now, my pool took a year to be complete, neglecting the work and always coming up with excuses as to why I had to wait for phases of this work. They got done December of 2021. I have used my pool 3 times and each time my heater would become faulty as to were maintenance would come to do a temporary fix. on April, when I called about it again, they gave me the run around, the “someone will contact you to schedule” and never call. it has been almost a year and they have not fixed it. I paid over 80k on a pool I can’t comfortably use because it doesn’t work up to standard. They have neglected their own warranty contract, offered no solution other than “Someone will come look at it” It has been since April of 2022. Its is now February, 2023. I used this company thinking I rather pay good quality and not worry about poor performance and honestly I have paid an expensive price for a headache, stress and disappointment.

Jorge and his crew were fabulous. Any concerns or questions that we had were addressed and resolved immediately. The entire pool and surrounding surfaces were completed well ahead of schedule. I have recommended them to several of my friends who are thinking about adding a pool.
We are looking forward to many years of memories with our children and grandchildren in our new backyard oasis!

Words can’t really express the glow up our old, crumbly pool received from the entire renovation crew at Cody. The pictures barely do it justice, but I included a before/after video for reference! We appreciated the transparency and cost breakdown Matt Stratton worked hard at to meet our budget requirements, and making every meeting whenever, wherever we needed possible! RJ was our project manager and was always responsive, cordial, and motivated in every sense of the word to get things done and properly. They were so gracious to install the equipment I bought even if it wasn’t through their company, and did a fantastic job of it; I personally enjoy the laser-cut labeling on every valve! Everyone we encountered was pleasant and professional; tiling crew was especially impressive with their painstaking work. All in all I believe the work took about a month, which in the midst of an unexpected and brutal heatwave was VERY impressive!

My experience with Cody pools is 5 Stars! They really do earn this title.
Working with John Lalley the sales manager / 3D design will get you the pool you want. GO slow at this time, focus on all the details you what incorporated in to your pool, from waterfalls, stairs, sundeck, anything at all, even something like the edge around the pool, plaster color we went with (Blue surf), the deck distance for walking or cleaning etc and screen design and how it connects to the home.
We went with Double doors on the screen patio for easy access if moving in big items 😉 You'll thank me later..
Next, are Project manager Adam Lazo the guy was Awesome on our pool install from start to finish, always communicating with us every step of the way. Always took our call or called us back very quickly, I think the pool was done in about 11 weeks. There are a lot of details that don't get discussed at the main office, you will learn these along the way, Dealing with Adam with all the different things that come and go makes every step so much easier in the process. From tear down of old and removing of debris to grading, digging, wood framing, concrete, so much to list haha.. Adam Lazo A+ job!

We had our pool remodeled by Cody pools and the experience was great throughout. Jennifer was able to address all of our concerns and questions during the quoting process while RJ our project manager had great attention to detail during our remodel.
The process of selecting the right pool builder was daunting for us. We were very concerned with all the horror stories we had heard and read about with this industry. During this process of finding a builder we met Steve Geiger, pool aficionado at Cody Pools. The two things that initially grabbed us were that Steve has designed thousands of pools in his career and that we found out Cody was the largest in US and we figured they had the working capital to stand behind their product.
When we got to the design phase with Steve he was very patient. We had lots of questions and he had lots of great ideas.
Adam was our project manager. Great communicator and he walked the talk.
Fast forward... we now have a pool that we don't deserve. It is beyond our wildest expectations. And Cody Pools warranty department is the best (only minor things but they are all over it with 6 trucks circling Tampa).

We used Cody Pools to resurface our pool. They did a great job. I was impressed with the process. They have someone reach out to me at every step. They let me know about the tile guy, and then the skimmer replacement, and then the blasting etc. Every step I was informed. And then there was a walk through when the work was completed for any issues. I dealt with RJ, Brian and Felix the most. They were great at solving any minor issues. Hector C.

The work was excellent and Jennifer Ramirez handled everything. She took a stressful situation and turned it into a great experience. I highly recommend her and Cody pools.
Cody pools did a phenomenal job restoring our pool. They resurfaced, tiled and layed new decking for our pool and spa. All though we had a few challenges during the remodel (electrical and weather) they still completed the job within their time frame! Brian has been extremely courtesy and ALWAYS available with any questions and concerns. We have received a lot of compliments on our pool and have referred family & friends to Cody pools simply for their great work and awesome customer service, which is VERY hard to find these days! If there was 10 stars I'd rate Cody pools a 10!
I recently had my pool and deck remodeled by Cody's. They have the best selection of tiles, pavers, and premium pebble products by Wet Edge, all at a fair price. The entire process was quick and efficient. They responded quickly with any questions or concerns. These guys are professionals. Bravo Cody's!
Cody did a great job from Start to finish. Complete resurface, role, coping, finish. Lots of selection and quality work. They follow up with the customer through out they process.
As I lay in my pool writing this, I appreciate all that Cody pools did. I chose Cody pools because of the full á la carte options that I got with them. Everything was an option. Some pool companies make you choose a package to get certain things, Cody pools was not like that. We were able to sit with Jay and he went over everything. We had a full breakdown. We had a lot for them to do but it turned out great! Everyone has hiccups along the way but Brian and Jay made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate them and all they did. Thanks Cody pools. I recommend them for your pool project.
We are extremely satisfied with our brand new remodeled pool. We wish we would have done it earlier, our pool is 20 years old. The remodel is so modern and beautiful I love it. Cody's pools were professional in every way and on time. The price was extremely Fair. All the employees were very professional courteous and very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Jay was our remodel manager and he was wonderful. Jay was patient with us on picking our choices for our pool remodel. I would recommend this company for anybody that wants to do a pool remodel. I know it's very scary with everything on the news with some pool companies that leave you hanging and I had full confidence of this company.
5 star experience all the way around! We signed papers 8/1/22, they started digging 11/15/22, passed our final inspection today 5/3/23. Shawn designed the pool of my dreams and Mark our project manager made it happen. We really liked Mark and he did a great job communicating with us. We tried not to bother him too much with questions but he was available for us after 5 and on weekends to send a text back or call to chat about an inspection. I was fully convinced at the beginning of this that it was going to be a long and frustrating process to put a pool in. That’s what everyone seems to say but I couldn’t of been more wrong!! Mark assured me that he’d take care of it all and that my pool would be done by May. And yes…He took care everything and the pool was done by May!! They did everything they said they were going to do and on the timeline they said they would do it. Not to mention the quality of their finished product is impressive! It looks so good! I really appreciate the time everybody at Cody Pools spent making it a great experience for my family. We are so happy!!!! If you’re looking for a pool company to put your pool in; it’s so simple…. just call Cody Pools and ask for Shawn as your pool designer and Mark as your project manager, then keep patience, pay them on time and boom you’ll have a pool 8-9 months later!

Elon was our project manager who was always in contact and there for our many questions. Everything went so smooth and quick. We’ve heard of others having rough experiences with other companies and we were expecting to have some bumps in the roads…..but we didn’t with Cody pools. I can’t say enough about the contractors that they work with. They were so polite and always cleaning up, as best you can in an open construction site.

Elon Friedman was our PM. He took Shawn design and made it reality. Elon coordinated all the county permits, vendors, and materials delivery. He owned the overall schedule and execution of milestones and he did an excellent job.
From a customer to another: Building a pool is not an easy job. You can choose to hire a smaller company or someone who may charge you less and contract out all the work to Joe the plumber. The issue in doing so are the county inspections that you won’t pass and the needed permits you won’t get. Most of all with a cheap vendor you may end up with tons of repairs later on, in end you will spend more than what Cody charges. Also to be noted that Cody pool vendors are the best in the industry and they are not necessarily available to you as a private or to other companies. I’ve done my homework for months before choosing Cody Pools.
I am already in the warranty period with my pool and couldn’t be happier with how the pool looks works and stood the test of time.

Cody Pools did an excellent job on our custom pool project and I highly recommend using them! Steve did a great job designing the pool we dreamt of and even met us on his day out of the office to go over the plans one last time. One of the biggest issues with pool companies is communication, but with Cody Pools that is not an issue. Our project manager was Mark Morris. Mark was super responsive and always answered his phone or called back within a reasonable time, even on nights and weekends. Every construction project, no matter what it is, will have some sort of issues, and Mark and Steve corrected those issues within a matter of days. If you are looking for a pool builder, look no further than Cody Pools. You'll be happy you did! I PROMISE!!
I am giving Cody Pools a 5 star because of Mark Morris our Project Manager for all the hard work and follow up that he did building our pool. Mark was very detailed all the steps of the way. His customer service has been fantastic and his follow through was 100%. Mark weekly if not daily would pass along updates even if it wasn't good news. Mark would answer text messages and calls when we called him and if he didn't he would call or text back the same day. Cody Pools is very lucky to have a Project Manager like Mark. Thank you very much for everything you did Mark Morris. This is a big reason for the 5 stars. I would also like to mentioned our Pool School person Mark was great. He made sure to give tips on how to do things with our new pool. We are looking forward to having Mark come back to finishes up with our 30 day follow up with adding pool salt to our pool. Also would like to share our design and sales person Shawn Gordon was great with coming up with the design we wanted. Thanks Shawn.

Just would have liked for us to have known this from the beginning. Lastly, we still have some items that need to be corrected like some screen repair, and our aluminum roof extension that was not sealed correctly and would leak when it rains. Also need the pool pump control screen replaced. Currently can not make adjustments or turn anything off from it. We found this our during pool school. Hopefully we can get these items completed soon. Again thank you everyone from Cody Pools for making our pool dream come true.

Overall it was a good experience. Please note that I'm not some sophisticated pool guy or a plant by the Cody Pools. I never had a pool before and was extremely green to the whole process. Our first contact was with Steve Geiger. He's a straight shooter and as a former military guys we hit it off from the start. I don't need a sleazy sales person trying to sell me a dream. Give it to me straight and that's just what he did. He designed a pool and outdoor living space that captured the image in our heads. From there we were off and running. By the time we closed on our house we had all approvals and permits. We closed the end of November and construction started 12/2/2021. We had water in the pool by April 2022 with the entire project completed by Memorial day 2022. Huge shout to our construction manager, Todd Borsodi. What an awesome PM and just all around good guy. He kept us informed every step of the way. It wasn't easy mind you and we pressed him constantly.
Now don't get me wrong. There were issues. Like bringing the wrong tile, delays, pavers having to be fixed a few times, delays, outdoor kitchen not starting on time, oh did I mention delays??? Being a novice about pools it was hard trying to understand how we can get a crew here working hard for a day then weeks go by without any action. That was without a doubt the most difficult part. My only saving grace was talking with my neighbors who have been through this process before. They kept telling me that my pool was moving faster than they've seen others built. Now that I look back on it the total project was 5 months. That's with supply shortages, labor shortages, COVID, etc...
Overall we're extremely pleased with our pool and outdoor living space. We utilize it everyday and really don't want to go in the house. We set out to have the best pool in the neighborhood and I do believe we've succeeded.

This was by far the worst experience ever. I have to be honest I love the out come nevertheless I’m being honest the customer service with this company was the lowest level of customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were reaching out to our initial project manger for weeks only to find out he was no longer with the company yet no one had notified us. The replacement project manager was unavailable and if he did reply it was days later. Eventually we were told he too was no longer with the company. The third project manager had an attitude, the owners of the company were rude and did not deal with customers in an understanding way. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you want a pool your best bet is to not go with premier pools and spas. ‘Pool School’ is a joke. I had to go and YouTube the correct way to service my pool. Not to mention it took this company A YEAR to fix my driveway that they damaged. This was after going back and forth with them about them being liable. I had whole video proof that they damaged my driveway 😩. Not to mention the concrete repair is subpar. The damages in the backyard took months to address and the repairs were half hearted. This company is a joke and they’re fooling people. Anytime someone is spending money with you your customer service and availability have to be up to par. I hope they never get another contract and go out of business.
Best pool company I have ever worked with. Timely, honest, amazing craftsmanship. Wouldn’t recommend another. Have built a pool in the past and interviewed several for our new house. Steven and Premier Pools were head and shoulders above the rest. Hassle free and easy process from beginning to end.
I want to update my review and give them a 5 star. I will admit it was a touch and go project but they pulled it off. The first one I want to thank is Dora. She answered EVERY single one of my emails without fail. She is truly AWESOME! They need to give her a raise! I seriously don’t think they would survive without her. The next person I want to thank is Javier although he did not answer every text or phone call he made sure the pool repairs were done and correct! Thank you Mr Unger for making sure our repairs were done in a timely manner! Please stay in contact with our neighbors behind us to make sure everything is ok. I don’t want them coming over complaining that their backyard is flooded. 😬. Thank you y’all for everything you did! I can’t wait to enjoy it this summer!
After being told my pool was completed, it has been almost 3 weeks now, There is still work to be done. I have once again had to postpone using my pool due to lack of communication and lack of finishing this project. We have been completely paid for and supposed to be done by end of december. It is now January 19th.
Premier did a fabulous job on my pool. They designed and delivered exactly what I wanted. I worked with Ron on the design. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to sell me anything more. He didn’t push me to include a hot tub or lots of “bells and whistles”. I wanted a simple pool for my family that left enough yard for pets. The tile and other finishes are just gorgeous. The staff at Premier helped with those choices. When it came to construction, Cody was responsive and stayed on top of all the different r crews and details. Both Cody and Ron kept me informed as to what was next etc. I highly recommend them. I have attached pictures but they don’t capture the beauty of the tile and pebble finish. The lighting in the pool is spectacular. My bubblers are the perfect finishing touch.
We had Premier Pools and Spas design and build our pool this year. The process was very good and they completed ahead of schedule. We started construction in February and we were swimming by the beginning of May. I had heard a lot of people say that it takes about 6 months to build a inground pool. Happy with Premier Pool and Spas. Signed contract in October of 2021, broke ground in November of 2021, and after some expected delays due to the holidays, pool was up and running by April of 2022. Ron T. designed the pool and guided us through the contractual process. His design and insight on what would and would not work for our yard was the selling point for us. Ron was profesional and very knowledgeable about anything to do with the pool business. Even after the completion of the project, Ron responds to our calls and questions we may have.
